Leaders might find it helpful to:

  • consider the joy in their hearts as they move throughout  the day.
  • take joy in others.
  • enjoy a bit of silence before taking immediate action when confronted with something new.
  • take a look at the fences they come across in their daily life. What kind of fences are they? And do they bring joy to you or others.
  • bring curiosity to the situation and see if a bit of joy follows.
  • hang in with difficult conversations, because sometimes those conversations individually and/or over time bring on the joy of understanding.

If a joy was car, what kind of car would the leader in you be driving right now?

Enjoy the stories and have a playful day,

Mary
